This is a new commercial storefront and multi-family development design. Meshberg Group was brought in to reinvent a 110-unit loft building in Williamsburg with a past history as a Matzo factory (among other incarnations) for its next life as a mixed-use residential community.

This landmarked Italianate historic brownstone in Fort Greene, Brooklyn was originally an SRO that had many units. Their client’s wish was to turn it into 3 luxury condominium units. Meshberg Group designed the 3 duplex units and meticulously restored the exterior according to landmarks.
