VOGUE Club

Vital, magnetic, bright, provocative. VOGUE is a music club that covers an area of 600 m². It is developed in several different areas so that each visitor can find his own corner, a different experience, a “corner of light” or simply a view over the surroundings.

It is not the high height of the room that provokes in us the search for different ideas and the choice of a specific creative solution. As the main focal point, the idea of the coffered ceiling stood out, which, in addition to an aesthetic function, also has a practical one. The fresh air supply is implanted in it. The atmosphere in this hedonistic paradise with an extravagant cabaret spirit gives visitors the feeling of a unique experience.

House in Varna

A single-family modern building, situated on a plot with a beautiful view of Varna Bay, near the city of Varna. The house is divided into three levels – one underground and two above ground.

In the basement level there is a double garage with a workshop box, technical, refrigeration, and cellar rooms. The first level is divided into two areas. The “Day” area includes a spacious living space – panoramically open to the southwest part of the yard, a dining area, a kitchen, a guest toilet, and a laundry room. The “Night” area is conventionally divided by an atrium space into a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private “open” bathroom. On the second level, there is an office, and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and closets. The level is connected by means of a curved interior staircase and an atrium ending with roof glazing.

Ultramarine Building

Nominated for “Building of the Year 2007”, it consists of several functional areas, residences, offices, a bank office, an insurance company, and an underground garage with 55 parking spaces. It is located in the immediate vicinity to the Higher Naval School, one of the symbols of the city of Varna.

The building has a 16,581 sq.m. unfolded area, and it is built on nine floors plus two underground levels. The building has four separate entrances, round-the-clock security, and four luxury elevators for the residential and office parts. A panoramic hydraulic lift serves the sports center.
