Bayview and Bowral by Waterbrook are two five-star retirement resorts located in the pristine surroundings of the Northern Beaches and Bowral in Sydney. These luxury communities are designed for seniors who continue to enjoy a vibrant and active lifestyle. Both resorts feature extensive amenities for dining, relaxing, and socializing.

They added modern architecture to the original site to create leisure areas at both resorts, incorporating creative solutions that respected the original structure. They also included an extension that features amenities where locals living around the area can also enjoy.

The interior finishes were inspired by the native landscape to evoke the ambiance of the beach — from the calming breeze to the sandy shores and the sunny skies. The muted tones were enhanced with traditional materials throughout the property, while the styling for the interiors showcases a relaxed yet elegant expression. One that residents can enjoy while entertaining groups of all sizes, with the comforts of modern amenities and unrestricted views of the Pacific Ocean.

This AUD$20 million-plus trophy home is located in the prestigious suburb of Rose Bay in Sydney. The home takes full advantage of the city’s breathtaking skyline, offering unobstructed views of Sydney Harbour and the historic Harbour Bridge.

The interiors are fitted out with a carefully curated selection of bespoke luxury items from Hermes, Fendi, Bentley, Boffi, and more. No two rooms are alike in this home. The entire surface, from the walls to the ceilings throughout all four levels of the building, was meticulously finished in hand-crafted Venetian plaster.
