Talented pastry chef, Angelo Musa, gives each item a unique personality twist. Elisabeth Hot joined the group in September 2021 after working with renowned chefs Pierre Hermé, Jean-George Klein, and Marc Haeberlin. Delicious cakes, pastries, and sweets are made by the duo in collaboration with Jean Imbert. The restaurant manager, Denis Courtiade, who has won numerous awards, oversees the friendly, efficient service. Denis has developed a distinctive service for his clients for more than 20 years at the hotel, where traditional hospitality is combined with modern living.
