Holding three Michelin stars is a rare honour few restaurants have achieved, and these 10 Michelin-starred restaurants rank among the world’s finest culinary destinations thanks to innovation, creativity and some of the best food you’ll ever taste.

Let’s start with the three-star Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. Twelve tables in the heart of the city tell a story of tradition in evolution. Their cooking is a combination of ideas, cultures, techniques and gestures. It’s recommended that you leave room for the unexpected and you will surely be surprised.
Restaurant number 2 is El Cellar de Can Roca in Girona, Spain. It’s a haven of tranquility boasting a wine-lover’s fantasy cellar, a triangular glass-walled modernist dining room and a contemporary tasting menu that draws extensively from the Catalan terroir, while also taking cues from around the world.
