If you’re interested in watching the masters at work, the kitchen offers the opportunity to participate in the culinary show, orchestrated by the Italo Bassi, 3 Michelin Star chef mostly known for his work at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Firenze – restaurant he left after 28 years to lead this new project – and interpreted by culinary Japanese Masaki Inoguchi, where the real stars are the ingredients, the most valuable of the two great cultures, Italian and Japanese. On the other hand, if you prefer a more relaxed and intimate environment, the upper floor is cosy while maintaining the restaurant’s eccentric philosophy. As the owners so well say, ConFusion Lounge is a meeting point between tradition and modernity where refinement and luxury of the space are one with the delicacy of the dishes.
