The Jade Signature: Miami’s Most Luxury Penthouse Is Coming Soon

Parisian designer, Pierre-Yves Rochon, who is the creator of hotels Shangri-La in Paris and the Savoy in London, come up with enormous surrounding terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass walls for Jade Signature. It is a stunning open-layout condominium tower, which is north of Miami Beach. This glamorous project has been in the works since 2013 and is scheduled for completion in the year of 2017.

Pierre-Yves Rochon says: “This tower draws upon the luxury experience you might expect from a five-star resort; it is created unlike any other residential tower in Miami. When you open the door, it should feel like you’re stepping into a dream, but at the same time you feel incredibly at home. The penthouse at Jade Signature is the epitome of this experience.”

The property is 11,660 square foot, with the cost of $32.9 million, and it is spanning the 56th and 57th floors, Rochon has created a bespoke design just as beautiful as the views outside. The fabulous property includes a $100,000 Lalique glass dining table with a chiseled base; a Veronese chandelier; Baccarat-crystal wall accents; a Hervé Van der Straeten table with the artwork of Donald Judd.

After the success of Jade Ocean and Jade Beach, Jade Signature is the last precious member of the Jade family, which will feature 2.5 acres of land with 300 linear feet on the Ocean.
