Solid, the Power of Precision

Created by designer Lionel Doyen and fashioned from solid teak – a material known for its infallible durability– the new Solid chair is the fusion between traditional craftsmanship and the latest technological innovations in digital production applied to solid wood. Already available in natural teak, Solid now also comes in brushed black teak. In this new version, differences in the hardness of the wood associated with the brushing technique create a unique effect.

Solid’s lines simultaneously evoke the power of an extensively crafted wood, solidity with a backrest joined to both the legs and the armrests, and comfort thanks to a delicately crafted plush seat that perfectly moulds the body.

Inspired by solid wood boat decks, the seat has two central grooves to allow water to flow away easily and a cushion to be clipped on quickly. Matching cushions with velcro are available in all Manutti colours. Another advantage is that Solid is stackable for easy storage. It’s the ideal piece for restaurants, gardens, terraces and hotel lobbies.

Outdoor Rugs, the Indispensable Accessory

The outdoor rug is the ultimate proof that the boundary between interior and exterior is gradually blurring. Just as it does in the living room, the rug structures and defines the relaxation area in terraces and gardens. Drawing on its expertise, Manutti presents a collection of rugs – entirely hand-woven, durable and resistant to both water and sunshine in order to withstand a range of weather conditions.

With its classic lines characterised by their regularity and fineness, the Linear rug adds a contemporary note that raises your exterior decor to a higher level. Its durable appearance is counterbalanced by its softness to the touch, thanks to the weave of its polyolefin cord. It comes in two colours: Pepper and Anthracite.

The result of a complex production process drawing on the expertise of weavers, the Twist rug uses the double twist technique for a unique finish. With its braided fibres and fringe tassels, it features an oriental style that’s unapologetically contemporary. Its textylene cords improve its stability on the ground and give it a highly durable appearance. Twist comes in two colours: Silver and Bronze.
