Residential Projects

Penthouse in Bergamo

The interior design project for this upscale penthouse in the heart of Bergamo was crafted by Zenucchi Arredamento. To satisfy the client’s request to create a suitable setting to showcase a collection of prized paintings, the designers delivered a series of spaces marked by a refined elegance. Sherman sofas upholstered in a sophisticated grey fabric, flanked by Sullivan, Riley and Cesar coffee tables, were chosen to furnish the living room. Facing the fireplace is a pair of Jensen armchairs and footstools covered in soft beige leather and a Cesar coffee table with rust-color glossy lacquer finish. Holding court in the dining room is an Evans table with oak top stained tobacco color, surrounded by York small armchairs.

Private Home in Chennai

Neelam Mehta, chief designer for Minotti Ahmedabad by Design Italiano, is the author of the architectural and interior designs for this home in Chennai that adroitly interprets traditional building concepts with contemporary flair. Concrete walls, vast windows and marble floors are the common denominators in many of the rooms. Expansive windows that give onto the garden fill the living room with light, illuminating the compositions of the Freeman seating system, combined with Sullivan coffee tables in walnut and a Smith bench upholstered in a sophisticated tweed fabric in shades of orange, that were chosen to furnish the room.

Apartment Complex in Warsaw

The architectural design for this elegant and private residential complex located in the heart of Warsaw is by architect Daniel Libeskind, while the interior design was crafted by IDEA MM in partnership with Minotti Studio. The spacious, light-filled living room, with a stunning view of the city, was furnished with a composition of the Leonard seating system and Aston armchairs upholstered in refined grey velvet, paired with Elliott, Benson, Joy, and Brisley coffee tables, for an innovative and sophisticated combination of shapes and materials. Two Aston chaise longues, upholstered in Avio color Freedom fabric, enhance an adjacent area.

Countryside Villa in Frankfurt

The owners of this splendid home set in the countryside on the outskirts of Frankfurt purchased the property in 2015 and decided to undertake a major renovation project to make the spaces even larger and brighter. The interior design project that followed was created by Meiser Home of Living. Furnishings for the living room, which has several openings onto the garden, include a corner composition of the White seating system paired with a leather-upholstered Jensen armchair, Clyfford, Cesar and Aeron coffee tables and a Dibbets rug.
