Celebrity bathroom’s where Luxury is necessary

Celebrity bathroom’s where Luxury is necessary

February 11, 2015

More and more time nowadays are spent in the bathroom instead of other rooms. Baths take longer and longer in the bathtubs rather than in the shower. From body and hair home treatments to the desirable bath relaxation, passing through face scrubs, to beauty masks, to make up.

We can spend from 10 min to almost 2 hours taking care of ourselves. But if the majority of us are spending this amount of time in bathrooms, I could not help it but wonder… what about celebrities?

Michael Bay’s Bathroom

With a different architectural line appears the project of Boffi, standing out the minimal and lightweight aspect of the bathroom. Design for the filmmaker Michael Bay for its Miami Beach home with light glass walls, etched-stone tiles and a concrete casted bathtub. The arrangement chosen for the implementation of the lights also helps to give the desired effect and create a unique environment along with the plants to a much more connection with nature.

Cameron Diaz’s Bathroom

Most of us know Cameron Diaz, but her excellent taste was not public. According to interior designer Kelly Wearstler, who decorated her New York City’s West Village apartment, the guest bath features pink onyx walls and vanity top, a lavatory sink by Bates and Bates, and brass faucet by Waterworks.

The palette of colours used reflects Cameron herself; it’s initiative and sexiness.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s Bathroom

The poetic language of Nature is the main source of inspiration for this contemporary bathroom. Furnished by Kevin Inkawhich, and details of Diego Giacometti, that provides this project with a wellness tool.

Elegant surfaces predominate in Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s Beverly Hills master bath, with stained-walnut vanities, limestone countertops, and a marble floor.

Keri Russell’s Bathroom

The elegance and luxury of this architectural line was the chosen decor for Keri Russell‘s gorgeous Brooklyn brownstone. A traditional and classic tasteful look combined with fine materials, works of art, decorative objects and valuable furniture, designed by Samuel Heath.

During Maison et Objet Paris 2015 I got to know Maison Valentina and I think it would be suitable for almost every celebrity we know…

With influences of Boca do Lobo Design Studio it is tried to defy the laws of physics, this a futuristic approach. The Newton Collection is a really outstanding inspiration that will provide any bathroom with a distinct design to fulfil the desires of almost any design lovers.

Produced with black lacquer brass spheres with some high gloss varnish spheres and others with a gold plated finishing for this lovely base to be presented as the most high-end and avant-garde design.

The decor and styles presented are also the most luxury and extravagance that the market has at this moment. Sometimes glamorous or kitsch but always balanced with an elegant, functional and minimal style. Ample spaces filled with light that invites evasion and rest, especially after a long day.

Light and sophistication are the main protagonist of these environments was everything could be possible… even a bubble bath while you watch your favourite show.

The main characteristics of the following bathrooms, or should it be said master bathrooms are plenty of space, the noble materials use, of course the design that can be easily mixed with the majority of the ambiences, from the seaside to the more nature approach style with almost any architectural building.
