With DHA Capital, a New York City-based real estate investment and development firm, Lenny Kravitz presents 75 Kenmare, the New York City’s first luxury condo with interiors designed by namesake design firm, Kravitz Design.

In addition to selecting Kravitz Design to conceive the interiors of 75 Kenmare, DHA Capital commissioned Andre Kikoski, renowned architect and winner of the AIA Institute Honor Award for his work at the Guggenheim Museum, to lead the exterior design of the project.

To complete the superstar team, sales and marketing are led by Fredrik Eklund, star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman’s #1 ranked Eklund Gomes Team.

Set for completion this Fall 2018, the condominium is located in Manhattan’s NoLita neighborhood and will be comprised of 38 one-to four-bedroom homes ranging in price from approximately $1.7 million to over $12 million. “We expect a very strong demand for this product, as there is nothing else like it on the market”, said Dan Hollander, Managing Principal of DHA Capital.
