Covet House is truly a staple on luxury interior design inspirations and that’s why Pepe Calderin Design fully trusted the furniture, upholstery, lighting and accessories from the best interior design brands under the Covet House name. It was very important that everything in this 3,800 square feet household was a conversation piece. Everything from the furniture selected, the light fixtures, the stone finishes, the accessories and the art were all attention grabbers. The client was very involved with the whole process, allowing the studio to really get to know him and add details throughout the house that had special meaning to him. Owning a boat, the client also had a passion for the sea and the essentials of the sea, so the design studio made sure to bring in elements from the boat throughout the house. The studio did this by bringing in the same style of wood that is used in the boat, throughout the home.

Represented in the main Living Room Area, is the Coltrane Wall lamp, by the mid-century modern inspired brand, Delightfull. The light fixture is inspired by the famous John Coltrane and it is the perfect piece to create a beautiful lighting effect both indoors and outdoors. Handmade in steel by DelightFULL’s skilled artisans, has a matte black and gold powder paint finishes, which give it a more contemporary style. Also featuring in the leaving room area, is the comfortable yet sophisticated design of the Loren Armchair from Essential Home. This red wine coloured velveted armchair is a very recognizable piece from this brand, with a swivel golden brass base and its versatile appeal.
