Avery Dennison Headquarters
Los Angeles, California, USA

Located on two floors of a new office building, the office-free workplace features low-height, team-oriented workstations on the perimeter with ample access to natural light and views. Solid walled conference rooms, glass-enclosed huddle rooms and informal lounge spaces facilitate different types of collaboration and varying degrees of privacy. A “collaboration axis” adjacent to the elevator lobby on each floor links both sides of the office core.

Cedars-Sinai Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion
Los Angeles, California, USA

With a research pavilion on the top two floors and clinics on lower levels, physicians can bring scientific breakthroughs to their patients with maximum safety and speed. This “bench-to-bedside” treatment model is key to developing new practices in medicine and provides advanced care for patients.

Herbalife Headquarters
Los Angeles, California, USA

The offices are on two floors of a building in the dynamic L.A. Live entertainment complex. The LEED-CI Gold design incorporates sustainable finishes, energy efficient lighting and access to natural light throughout the space. The impression is clean, light, modern and warm. Herbalife wants to improve people’s health with their products and to offer distributors financially rewarding careers. These business goals inspired the design team’s “dream catcher” design theme for the two-story space.

Polsinelli Headquarters
Kansas City, Missouri, USA

As the anchor tenant of the Plaza Vista mixed-use development, Polsinelli had clear goals for the building’s interior environment and architectural character. HOK worked closely with the law firm’s leaders and developer VanTrust Real Estate to design a building that achieved Polsinelli’s vision while creating a valuable asset for VanTrust.

Avon North America Headquarters
New York, New York, USA

HOK’s design creates a contemporary space that promotes collaboration and Avon’s brand while reducing its environmental impact. In addition to makings its new Manhattan offices look beautiful and create a feminine, timeless environment, Avon asked HOK’s design team to create collaborative space and efficiencies that would reduce occupancy costs.
