This project was designed for a young family with a luxury lifestyle that often keeps up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion and design. The 229 sqm residence is located in the centre of the city of Yangon, Myanmar.
The living room and the dining room were built on an open space concept, a trademark that can be pinpointed to modern houses. The interior decor was all based on the golden details, including the coffee table, the wall mirror and chandelier.
In the dining room area, one can find divering patterns. The onyx wall is dressed in warm colours matching the elongated ceiling pattern, which in turn provides multiple layers of texture to this division.
The master bedroom was designed with the goal to take advantage of the natural light during the day. The frameless elevated master bed makes the room looks bigger then it actually is.
For the master bathroom, the interior designer wanted to focus on an edgy design with the combination of two main materials: marble and onyx. The wall mounted storage cabinet was chosen in neutral colours, unlike the room’s suspension lighting.
Lastly, the interior design of the girls’ bedroom plays with textured fabric incorporated on the wall panels and on the upholstery elements of the room.
