The latest project of Miami’s premier real estate development firm CMC Group is Brickell Flatiron Tower with luxury Italian design, located at 1001 South Miami Avenue. Italian architect and designer Massimo Iosa Ghini of Iosa Ghini Associati bear his unique signature in this amazing tower.

This gorgeous tower was designed by renowned architect Luis Revuelta. Brickell Flatiron’s expansive floor plan layouts comprised of 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedrooms, as well as a limited collection of penthouses and duplex residences that will feature wide elliptical balconies, premium custom Italian finishes, and professional grade German appliances.

The interiors were created by Italian interior architect Massimo Iosa Ghini, who blends sinuous architectural elements and bold textures to create sophisticated amenity spaces with an extraordinary allure for a chic mix of art, furnishings, bold textures, and dynamic amenity spaces.

The successful interior design says: “My approach to design is to envision a single object, conceptualizing full architecture in which the exterior and interior are as one. When designing the interior spaces of Brickell Flatiron, I wanted to honor and incorporate the fluid aesthetics of the building’s exterior created by Revuelta Architecture International.”

Brickell Flatiron Tower offers a slap-up lifestyle including a rooftop pool, spa and fitness center with panoramic city views, private theater, wine room, cigar lounge, child center, and short walking distances to various Miami hotspots. The Brickell Flatiron is currently working through a contractual development and will be ready in 2018.
