For those who are looking for a fancy, modern, and quiet place to enjoy the views over the Thames River, the newest project developed by Knight Dragon and designed by Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio and SOM is an amazing place to experience the unique London lifestyle in one of the capital’s most exciting postcodes. We are referring to the limited collection of thirty-five studios, lofts, and penthouses designed by Tom Dixon and headquartered in No. 2 at Upper Riverside, South East London.

But it is not all about the size; in every single detail you will find Tom Dixon’s unique signature touch. Such as seen in each residence’s bespoke kitchen featuring custom-design enamel backslashes, and copper cabinetry from the makers of the London Underground signage.

The aim was to create a connection between the residents and the surrounding environment, through design and architecture.

The bathrooms, filled with natural light, are another place where dynamic lines and unusual geometry thrive, empowered by the use of dichroic glass and classic materials, such as the traditional London brick. The choice of materials clearly reflects a distinctively British feel.

All residents also receive membership to the Upper Riverside resident’s club, which means free access to the private roof and London´s highest residential swimming pool, all dedicated to wellness and relaxation and designed by Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio.
