This magnificent hotel is located just a stone throw’s away from the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. In the design of the several areas of the contemporary hospitality venue, Rockwell Group balanced mid-century modernism with garden-inspired elements and plush upholstery, resulting in a combination of hyper-chic and comfortable components.
The Lobby is characterised by an airy and double-height ambience that opens to a landscaped pedestrian alley. A garden path subtly guides guests from the entrance to the check-in and concierge area, which at night, lighting effects mimic the shadows cast by the sun, creating a beautiful panorama. The experience is further enhanced by strips of grass set between stone tile flooring and a trellis-inspired divider wall interposed with candles. Right at the end, a chandelier made from hand-blown glass globes and planters optimise the experience.
The majestic corridors are defined by a trellis and louvres in the ceiling lit to suggest daylight streaming through the wooden slats. A custom carpet was added to salute the idea that random, abstracted patterns would be seen when the sunlight hits the floor.
The guestrooms have two colour schemes created by Rockwell Group. The first one embraces blue, white and neutral tones accented with pops of orange whereas the second one looks from the inside out and draws upon the warmer hues of a sunset. These guest accommodations were developed having in consideration a modern sense of openness.

Inspired by the simplicity of the mid-century style, the spacious and glass-walled Guest House presents an oversized pivoting wood feature door and floor-to-ceiling windows which allows guests to contemplate over the most mesmerizing views of the Los Angeles cityscapes. Opening up to a landscaped terrace, the living room area can also be turned into a special and private screening room.
The plush blue velvet-upholstered platform bed in the master bedroom provides a comfortable place to sleep. In an extraordinary visual effect, the sleeping area and master bathroom are divided by a gold mosaic glass.
Located on the rooftop, the pool area offers an intimate and more communal seating, including raised cabanas with a retractable top and sides, two-person chaises, a lengthened daybed, and a fire pit perfect for guests to socialise.
Besides all the luxurious amenities previously described, the hotel also features sophisticated restaurants and bars, such as Tao, Beauty & Essex, and the Highlight Room. As a whole, the new design of the Dream Hollywood Hotel is a glamorous addition to the Los Angeles entertainment and hospitality industries.
