A luxurious and sophisticated Brooklyn Estate was developed by a proficient team composed of architect Harry Baldinger, construction company MNC&Sons, and Interior Designer Jack Ovadia from the award-winning architectural interior design company, Ovadia Design Group who specialises in high-end commercial and residential designs.

In order to completely fulfil and exceed the needs and desires of the homeowners, the project took a couple of years to be completed. The design concept was to resemble it to a luxury hotel while giving it a homey reality. Contrasting materials and furnishings were selected so as to give a flowing sense to each space and oozing off refinement and glamour, thus becoming functional yet generous interiors quite befitting to a day-to-day growing family.

“The circular stair was a main focal point, which connects you from floor to floor, with each floor serving a specific feature. The basement was for kids playroom and fitness center where things can get messy, the first floor was for entertainment with the public rooms, the second floor was for sleeping and privacy where the bedrooms were situated and the third floor was for the guest who visited.”

Ovadia Design Group is renowned for having diverse styles and project sizes, which initially caused a little bit of caution and hesitance in the clients, however, Jack Ovadia’s vision was exactly what they were looking for. Fundamentally, the designer opted for a continuous theme of off-white lacquered with glazed oak recessed panelling and accentuated with bronze trimming throughout. The flooring was contrasted with Eramosa slabs and walnut wood.

Moreover, the living room was conceived as the most suitable and elegant place for an entertaining environment, seeing that it could also be utilised as a TV room, a library, or a children’s homework study, becoming as well the perfect spot for creating family memories. Every division was designed to precision by using colours and textures that will match a certain personality. The Master duplex suite is best characterised by a serene and relaxing atmosphere which ultimately is what every homeowner anticipates.
