Located on a bluff overlooking the Tiburon Peninsula in Marin County, California, the Tiburon Bay View residence was designed by Walker Warner Architects to flow effortlessly with the natural landscape. A bold red door pivots open to welcome guests into the light-filled entryway.

The team used a combination of Aegean limestone, western red cedar, zinc, and board-formed concrete, for a classic, yet modern aesthetic that boasts clean lines and a soothing presence.

The home was designed to welcome friends and family while also offering spaces to retreat and relax in a private setting. The contemporary interiors were designed by NICOLEHOLLIS with a curated mix of modern furnishings.

The upper level houses the private living spaces, including the bedrooms and garage, while the lower level features the public area, which includes several entertaining spaces.

The amazing floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open up to connect the interior living spaces to the expansive grounds and swimming pool.
