Eleonore Cavalli, Art Director of Visionnaire, presented the loft that the brand recreated at Salone del Mobile 2016 in order to present the past 10 years of the brand.
The products have the strength of a soloist and are highly inspired to an art & design concept which is precious and refined yet essential and clean at the same time. The space is designed as an open concept with no walls to separate the vignettes, instead large bookshelves and architectural wall dividers work as sun breakers among the spaces. There are unique final touches such as the plissé which is a nod to haute couture and the burnished gold as a symbol of timeless elegance.
Visionnaire’s display is all about American Déco style. Visionnaire gained inspiration from classic American writers such as F. Scott Fitzgerald, Gertrude Stein, Truman Capote and their legen-dary scenes in the Hamptons; proposing an interior design with bright rooms, playing with white and grey colours that blend with marbles, boiseries and “Parquet In” durmast parquet which results in an authentic aristocratic style.
Among this year’s collaborators are Alessandro La Spada and Samuele Mazza who are both longstanding design partners with Visionnaire; the brand will also expand the capsule collection ‘Nature’s Jewels Box’with Architect Steve Leung whose debut was at Salone del Mobile in 2015. Mauro Lipparini is the newest collaborator. Lipparini has a distinguished minimalist style and design features that are influenced by Asia and its culture. He also has extensive experience in the contract field.
