Nicky Hilton got married in Valentino Dress

In August 2014 Nicky Hilton, the younger sister of Paris Hilton got engaged to James Rothschild and even back then she had no doubts which brand to choose for her big day. She wanted to depose all the brides in the world by wearing one of the most stunning bridal dresses ever made.

She, certainly, achieved her goal, which was to make the most beautiful wedding this year.

The most popular “lady of the manor” of Hilton’s fortune is of course Paris, and Nicky, living in her shadow for so long wanted to have the most “royal-like” wedding. Her beautiful dress from VALENTINO is very similar to the one worn by Catherine Middleton for her marriage ceremony with the Duke of Cambridge – Prince William. Nicky’s dress costs 75 thousand dollars and was very rich in laces.

She said “ever since I was a little girl I wanted Valentino to design my wedding dress. Valentino is the definition of timeless elegance. I don’t think there’s another couture house like it.”. She set her wedding on Friday, 10^th of July. “I went through every look from their collections over the last 10 years. I studied the archives, and I just sent the notes about the details I liked – a certain sleeve, a high neckline”. The final result of this collaboration is simply breath-taking.

A guipure lace gown, embellished with shining crystals, attached to a balloon skirt with a 3 meter-long train- it’s also difficult to forget about the Christian Louboutin’s pumps with engraved “Mrs. Rothschild” on her heels.

Nevertheless, the famous Bazaar shared an exclusive first look at her and her Valentino Couture wedding dress. Her husband, the member of one of the most richest families in the whole world raised her status even more. Many people attended the ceremony – among them the older sister of Nicky – Paris, their mother, Kathy and also Chelsea Clinton and Katy Beckinsale. Her father, Richard, walked her down the aisle in a beautiful Kensington Palace in London.
