Versatility: a catchword for Meridiani since the beginning, it now indicates the ‘fil rouge’ embracing all the innovations coordinated by the designer and art director Andrea Parisio and presented by the company at the Salone del Mobile in Milan.

Versatility is the ability to generate a creative dialogue combining products from different collections; it is the possibility of a wide personalization, a synonym for compositional freedom.

Versatility is a fixed point and a ‘must’ of the Meridiani design- philosophy, to be found in each of the products shown in preview at the Salone: from the Harold sofa to the Nanì and Ida armchairs, from the Adrian and Leon low tables to the Cliff bed. The pieces are available in different sizes; they can be personalized in shape and chromatic solutions, drawing on an almost unlimited number of materials, finishes and fabrics which can be enriched by functional and visually refined accessories.

As always, Meridiani does not impose a single mood, never restricting formal horizons: its research aims at tracing aesthetic coordinates that allow everyone to express their own creative personality.

After the generous use of color that has characterized the Meridiani booths in the past years, for this edition of the Salone del Mobile 2018 the brand has decided to reverse the trend. The company presents itself at this most important sector trade fair in a space characterized by subtle ‘déco’ reminiscences, the environments define the chromatic scale of grays and are punctuated by large screens trimmed with gilded frames. The interplay between dark walls and light floors convey to the stand elegant optical suggestions.
