The iconic designer Manolo Blahnik created for the first time a design of a glass inspired by his shoes, exclusively for Tanqueray No. Ten. The creation is featured in the “Manolo Blahnik: The Art of Shoe” exposition, which will be on display at the National Museum of Decorative Arts, in Madrid, until March 3. This exposition intends to mark the 75th anniversary of Manolo Blahnik, the man who has elevated footwear to the category of art for the last 45 years ago.

Inspired by the moments of celebration and success that unite the two premium brands, this creation is the result of the creative and passionate spirit of the designer and of Tanqueray No. Ten. The art déco style, so characteristic of the Tanqueray No. Ten bottle, fuses with the tradition and classic aesthetic of Manolo Blahnik for an incredible outcome.

Manolo Blahnik and Charles Tanqueray, the Tanqueray No. Ten’s creator, have a lot in common. They were both able to take risks, each in their own speciality. Two virtuosos with a lifetime based on the pursuit of perfection that led them to change the rules of the game in their respective professional environments.

Tanqueray No. Ten is known as one of the best gins in the world and for being the one that belongs to the San Francisco World Spirits Competition Hall of Fame. The recipe to achieve this result includes passion and attention to details, as well as a distillation made with manually selected fresh citrus fruit chosen by selected botanists from different parts of the world.
