Maison Numéro 20 is in the market for almost ten years. Oscar Lucien, founder and director of the high-end Parisian design company, coordinates the Interior Architecture expertise and creative professionals in projects in which custom-made is essential for perfect interiors. From large residences to hotels, Maison Numéro 20 is located opposite to the Visconti wood, a bucolic hidden garden of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, where they unite their team made of Architects, Decorators, Space Designers, Graphic Designers as well as experts in Hospitality.

Thanks to this endless target market of discoveries, it imposes a theatrical and eclectic style, which associates the joy of astonishment with its very personal vision of refinement and elegance. The interplay of materials accentuates the singular atmosphere of its achievements. Juggling brilliantly and with style between metals, lacquers and leathers, velvets and varnished woods, Maison Numéro 20 mixes contemporary exuberance with the elegance of classical proportions. Definitively on Left Bank (Rive gauche), its designer label cultivates Art as a way of life.

TOP PROJECTS BY MAISON NUMÉRO 20

MGallery Nest

Almost like a secret, this unsuspected address is hidden behind a round glass façade. Once through the door, one discovers a set of oversized graphic plaster columns in homage to Ettore Sottsass’s totems. Soft and warm tones invite themselves to the floor, walls, furniture, accessories and carpet to create an enveloping cocoon. It’s a casual, arty, elegant yet sophisticated universe, a real concentrate of energy and creativity.

Paradis Latin

Aesthetic curves that praise the body, the sensuality of the materials, the exoticism of the prints, vibrations of the decorations and the moires. Here, the Paradise takes on the colours and the fantasy of a sophisticated jungle. While the use of a 24-carat mosaic brings out the sparkle & arouses the vibrations inherent to the movement of the body, a vegetal thread condenses the ‘Art Nouveau’ heritage, praises the show and translates the time of the pleasures.

Maison Nabis

Like a Paris of yesteryear, Paris of the Belle Epoque, the ‘Maison Nabis’ was designed as a house of pleasures, a pocket palace both artistic and nocturnal, intimate and unusual. Unwonted, by its bias, tell the sensuality, and the desire to pamper its night birds. Artistic, by its references and its opulent elegance: a small lounge, a patio and only thirty rooms, nestled in the heart of the city of light, two heeled-steps away from Pigalle, emblematic and festive.

Konti

In the middle of a neoclassical building known for having hosted a famous Bordeaux brewery, Oscar Lucien invents a guest house with a bourgeois past. The details of the original architecture stretch a common theme among the different era. The eclectic and comfortable style is reminiscent of a particular hotel abandoned in the hands of a globe-trotting artist. We love the cosy lounge in the old correspondence room, the glass-roofed breakfast room or the terrace of the “sky” suite that dominates the entire city.
