Tthe entire perimeter, meticulously rounded, seems almost floating thanks to the unusual and sinuous connection to the base. The solid wood legs, with the triangular cross-section characteristic, look tapered and light. The traditional dining table becomes an elegant and stylised sculpture. Nabucco is available in three different sizes. The version with the rectangular top is available both in wood or marble.

Inspiration for the Suzie Wong bed comes from romantic comedy films in the fifties and, even further back, sumptuous alcoves from the 1700s. Roberto Lazzeroni gives us a light, feminine, almost twee version. The reference model is the classic boat bed, streamlined in a very modern makeover. It stands clear of the floor, lightly balanced on stiletto-heel tapered feet, covered in leather with brass caps.
Even more sophisticated is the version with the bedhead wrapped in quilted leather, embroidered with refined geometric stitching, a subtle reminder of the details typical of tailored and leather goods.

Roberto Lazzeroni has also designed Diva chair, a natural evolution of Vittoria chair, which this year celebrates its twentieth anniversary. A remake of a great classic, Diva chair is a timeless product in its own right. The purity of the design finds its matrix in aesthetic elements that are profoundly linked to the history of Poltrona Frau and immediately recognisable. The curled top on the backrest is a stylised reference to the classics.
The folds on the corners of the seat as well as the biconical springs for suspension are coming from a long tradition. The light and dynamic lines of both the frame and the wooden legs narrate the modernity of the Diva chair.
The seat frame, padded in polyurethane foam and polyester wadding, is in birch plywood. The shell is in moulded rigid polyurethane. Base and legs are in wenge or moka stained solid ash wood whilst for the backrest padding are in moulded polyurethane foam and polyester wadding.

Fidelio is a collection of storage units for any room in the home, designed by Roberto Lazzeroni. Low cabinet for the living room. Chest of drawers, tall boy and bedside table for the bedroom. Deliberately lean design, precious materials. Functional details become highly characteristic aesthetic elements, such as the recessed handles that
provide interesting graphics on the surfaces. Intense contrast also between the dark, warm hues of Cuoio Saddle Extra leather and the wood covering the outside and the bight explosion of the very pale natural maple used inside the compartments and drawers. Formal minimalism and sophisticated finishes for an across-the-board collection, an easy match for all the Poltrona Frau furnishings yet with its own very defined personality.

The low cabinet has a supporting frame in solid ash and birch plywood with moka coloured ash veneer. The system of compartments and drawers creates an alternating balance of empty and solid. The unit stands on a solid ash easel structure emphasising its visual lightness, perfect for living areas.
The Fidelio bedroom units are more compact, to provide all the storage space needed in this room. The supporting frame is in solid Canaletto walnut and birch plywood with Canaletto walnut veneer.
