Ocean Alexander is preparing to debut the next model of its successful Revolution series at the 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. FLIBS 2019 will be happening from October 30 to November 3 and promises to be the greatest boat show on the seven seas, as it was in previous editions. The presentation of the 25.45 metre OA 84R follows the debut of the first model in the series, the 27 metre 90R, at last year’s show. Available in both open and enclosed layouts, the 84R has been designed by Evan K Marshall, who also designed the 90R, in collaboration with Arrabito Naval Architects. The yacht’s exterior boasts all the hallmarks of the Revolution series design, including a vertical bow and performance enhancing piercer bulb.

Exterior spaces include a full 6.29 metre beam sky lounge, one of the largest in this class of yacht. Elsewhere, there are numerous superyacht features, such as the option to have a hot tub aft of the sky lounge and a sunbathing area with loose furniture. The aft deck also features a full buffet with a custom-made BBQ grill and wet bar, making it the perfect place for alfresco entertaining.

Elsewhere, the yacht boasts a relaxed family friendly layout, with spacious living areas spread across the main deck. Floor to ceiling windows and glass throughout cast the interior in natural sunlight, while also providing spectacular views out to sea.

Accommodation is for a total of eight guests and includes a full beam master and VIP stateroom complete with a full walk-around queen bed, small sitting area, vanity desk, walk-in wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom.

Exceptional furniture detailing completes the luxury interior, with a materials including satin, high-gloss wood veneers, high-gloss lacquer and Cambria stone flooring and counter surfaces.

Speaking about the new model, designer Marshall said: “With the design of the 84R, we decided to develop the features of this boat to transition from the very popular open deck interior plan of the 70e and combined that with the modern interior design features and materials found in the larger 90R.”

He added: “This approach has created a spectacular feeling of space, allowing areas to be distinct yet merging together, which has created an expansive open-feel interior.” Click HERE to go to their official website.
