For the Objets Nomades Collection, Louis Vuitton has invited prominent designers from around the world to imagine unusual yet useful furniture pieces and design items since 2012. Each limited-edition product, from a hammock to a foldable stool, an armchair to a room screen, pushes and beyond the bounds of leather to demonstrate Maison’s devotion to sophisticated workmanship and creative ingenuity. Explore with CovetED the Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades, a collection of travel-inspired furniture and objects made in collaboration with internationally renowned designers.

The collection pays reference to Louis Vuitton’s past special orders, such as the legendary Bed Trunk created in 1874 for French adventurer Pierre Savorgnan de Brazza, while also celebrating a varied group of international designers‘ fiercely contemporary views.
Some of the world’s most renowned designers have created Objets Nomades for Louis Vuitton, including India Mahdavi, Marcel Wanders, Patricia Urquiola, Fernando and Humberto Campana, Atelier Oï, and many more.
Each Objet Nomade is the result of a designer’s artistic vision colliding with Louis Vuitton artisans’ creative skills, resulting in completely unique travel products.
Here’s a glimpse into Louis Vuitton’s collection and find out how to get the look as well:

Versatile and stunning, the modern furniture design reminds us of the glamour of mid-century style with a journey back in time to the roots and origins of the style.
A simple yet unique luxury item that captures both the functionality of a mirror and the splendour of an art piece. Decorative, practical and divine.
