A former board member of ASID New York Upstate/Canada East, Lois was awarded two Presidential Citations for contributions to the profession. A graduate of Art (Basel) and Design (Boston), she is the recipient of numerous corporate and government art grants.

Lois Macaulay is an official representative of Goethe’s Colour Theory. She is a public speaker, design show guest and writer. Macaulay is known as a teacher who enjoys sharing her lifetime of experiences with design students and clients. Her depth of knowledge comes from a passion for research into materials, histories, inspirations and developments in this evolving field.
