Founded in 1994, Lexington Partners is a global independent manager of secondary private equity and co-investment funds. In 2020, the firm came to TPG Architecture with the desire to re-envision and relocate its New York office. Lexington felt their existing space at 660 Madison was dated and did not provide the right amenities for a firm of their size and caliber. TPG worked with Lexington to create a transformative, sophisticated, and modern workplace across two floors at 399 Park Avenue.
