MONIOMI: Revamping And Transforming The Ways We Live

For quite some time now, MONIOMI has been in the works revamping and transforming the ways we live in with the intent to do it with beauty. That is why it is their purpose to live beautiful. This goes beyond any facade; it is the way something is built, used, and sensed coming together in that cohesive “aha-ness”. It is being immersed in beauty but seeking it at the same time and carrying it whilst doing it… Whether it be designing a space, creating an art piece, assembling an attire or planning an event, it has always been a passion of theirs to enthrall themselves amongst the most creative environments, absorbing it all up, and then passing that on to those around them. The Moderne

The story behind this space allowed Moniomi the opportunity to bring a distinctive interior unique to this home. Built in the 1920s, now named the 100 Barclay, this skyscraper was designed by architect Ralph Walker glimpsing into the future of design. Preserving its legacy, Moniomi brought the geometric shapes and bold colors of the American Art Deco era together with the modern textiles and materials available in our era. They incorporated unique finds and existing heirloom furniture brought together by colors & textures to create a timeless feel.

The Illusionist

This unique condominium on the beach mimics the open airy aesthetic of its location. With gorgeous views, this investment property reaches supreme elevated and refined design by melding organic luxury and tribal-inspired patterns. Fluid curves juxtapose natural angles to create an eclectic and elegant coastal retreat.

The Angler’s Landing

Overlooking the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast, this new construction brought the challenge of complimenting its surroundings whilst still shining as an arbiter of fashion and taste. Moniomi took the concept of a coastal beach home with a modern application that brought together the luxurious yet relaxed feel the client was looking for. Keeping the organic vibe of being close to nature, they used natural materials with striking colorations to make this home unique.

This high-end home is the epitome of contemporary opulence. Moniomi expertly integrated the owner’s previously-owned European-inspired design pieces with an original, fresh concept, allowing her unique style to emanate within a pre-existing ultra-contemporary space. Elaborate and bold themes are expertly juxtaposed with organic and natural shapes for an optimally dramatic effect. This is perfectly demonstrated in the custom-designed pieces, like the marble dining room table topped with a dramatic artistic pattern, and the expansive full-wall headboard in the bedroom, which integrates soft linen and sturdy brass.

The Enthusiast

By marrying calming, monotone patterns with free-form textures, Moniomi created a true space of rest and relaxation in this beach-front property. With an approachable yet bold vision, monochromatic geometry is incorporated into every element of this design. This space also dons specially custom-designed features such as the marble island and the powder bathroom, making this rental property truly one of a kind.
