Born in the UK, Shelley Walker grew up in Paris and Monaco and has always been surrounded by amazing architecture, historical buildings, and the beauty of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of the Côte d’Azur. Colors and landscapes inspire her to create her schemes in textures and materials. With her expertise and experience, she can deal with all aspects of a project according to each client’s specific requirements. While building a strong and close relationship with her clients, she guides them through the design process striving to make all her designs bespoke, unique, and luxurious. Penthouse BD de Suisse

Shelley Walker re-designed this duplex apartment with bespoke noble and luxurious materials and usedstunning fabrics whilst always keeping in mind her clients desires and the fact they have three small children. A soft palette of taupe and cream shades combined with bronze metal and exotic wood whispers a warm and elegant ambiance.

The open kitchen was totally custom made with remarkable gold bronze carpentry using iroko wood, exquisite
emperador marble which were all designed to fit into the living space beautifully.

The impressive master suite features exclusive dressing room doors in glass with a bronze metal fabric which combined with the soft scheme of powder blue and cream gives this room an alluring and very relaxing atmosphere.

The children’s bedrooms are designed with accent colours chosen to suit each child individual character and taste.

An exquisite roof terrace with breathtaking views plus the high ceilings makes this Monaco apartment feel like a house in the sky.

Fabulous furnishing and decoration throughout this contemporary duplex apartment in the heart of downtown Monaco. It was the designers’s intention to keep a contemporary style using light colours to compliment the colourful modern art collection.

Shelley Walker created a grey palette with different paint textures, wall decors and original lighting.

Alabaster coffee table, silver metal Japanese blinds in the dining room, wool and silk custom made carpets, taffeta fabrics, all make this project unique and a blend between art and architecture.

Costa Penthouse

According to Shelley Walker, the client’s only requirement in this project was “Art Deco”. The creation the design for the striking black and white marble floor and the geometric style doors was the start of the inspiration for this duplex.

Shelley chose light cream fabrics , elegant touches of leopard and zebra.Palissandre wood with an art deco design were introduced to compliment the clients extensive art collection from this period.

The stylish master bedroom with its gorgeous fabric on the headboard and bespoke Parisien linen and the dressing table reminiscent of the era of glamour, parties and magic!
