The first version of the Nighbloom Collection by Marcel Wanders and lighting brand LLadró won the European Product Design Award, which is an annual competition that distinguishes Europe’s top outstanding product designs in several categories. After this big hit, the renowned Deutch designer and the luxury design brand decided that it was time to create a fresh new look to the Nightbloom series by giving it a little bit of sparkle with some golden details. The luxury design brand has brought to life a collection that fuses poetry, romanticism, technology and tradition. An unbeatable combination whose end result is a series of unquestionable works of art that are at once functional objects.

Handcrafted with the finest high-quality materials by the top master artisans, the main concept behind Nightbloom was to capture the essence of movement, something that both Marcel Wanders and Chiave felt was reflected in the history of Lladró as a brand. The firm has used porcelain to communicate the concept of moving through design, being remarkable for the effective handling of this precious material.
