Dan Fink, the modern American living designer is the perfect example of where creativity straddles professional and personal life. There is no way to detach from it. At the age of 26, Fink started his own interior design company, Dan Fink Studio, in the New York Design Centre in New York City.

With a totally different background from Interior Design, he has a degree in Human Biology. Turns out that once he graduated, he was hired as an assistant to a Silicon Valley entrepreneur. Quickly the entrepreneur found precious energy within Fink and suddenly he was helping to choose the stage, and design think-tank retreats around the world. This was undoubtedly the game-changer for Dan Fink and the start of a brilliant career as an interior designer.

As he travelled the world, he met many people who needed advice related to decorating and renovating their apartments or houses. It just came naturally to him. And after five years of working in Silicon Valley, he started on a project to decorate an upscale apartment in Manhattan. The owner and his friends were so fascinated with the finished project that all of them wanted Dan Fink to decorate their homes as well.
