According to JPA Design, the aim was to create a beautiful Bali-Esque village environment. The environment of the area is well reflected in the interior design of the hotel with a contemporary touch to it. It’s truly the example of a dream destination for the holidays.

The hotel has an open-air Kamita cradled by lush landscaping complemented by the water features and ocean. The exterior is heavily inspired by the traditional Wantilan pavilions as well as by a network of villas that resemble Balinese houses. However, the true magic begins when entering the establishment.

Upon entering the villa, guests will be greeted with the sight of wall-hung Gamelan gongs. There are also a couple of wide windows that provide contact with the surrounding lush tropical gardens. The interiors have the lovely grace of having a unique colour palette inspired by the surrounding landscape.

People who are familiar with the culture of Bali can definitely tell that it exudes Balinese warmth added in with a unique contemporary touch. The interior decor in several places is filled with artefacts from Indonesia, some of which are referencing the once-glorious Majapahit Empire.
