A truly magnificent villa, located in one of the most coveted and fast-growing environments in the world, the grandiose Riyadh. Another house in a collection of curated houses created by Covet House showcasing various styles and inspirations around the world, this time striking in Saudi Arabia. Set in otherworldly landscapes of the luxurious Riyadh, the villa was designed by Karim Abdul Muttalib, from K.A. Interior Design, in partnership with Covet House.
Created with 10 different rooms, the opulent villa combines the luxurious and quite recognizable Arabic aesthetic, where the Modern Classic vibe is felt throughout all the rooms. Golden details and artsy pieces define the overall look, and the magnificent architecture of the space complements the decor. Gathering inspiration from the city itself, with the most elegant furniture, lighting, and accessories pieces, Covet House joined forces with K.A. Interior Design studio to create this modern classic masterpiece set in Riyadh, the land where no dream is big enough and the most exquisite, deluxe taste is in every corner.
Connected to the dining room, the entrance is the welcoming zone to an open space luxurious experience. Right from the start, the modern classic vibe is present throughout all the elements, where the contemporary artistic decoration clashes with the classical boiserie in the walls. The showstopping Lumiere Round Mirror is sure to make an astonishing first impression of the house.

Bryce II Console pays tribute to a giant natural amphitheater caused by erosion through the Paunsaugnt Plateau. This plateau through its unique design in high gloss black lacquer and glossy gold leaf. Or versions in faux-marble painting. It is a plus to any home entryway or even as a plus in the living room or dining room.
High-ceilings provide this modern classic dining room on a grandiose scale, leaving room for every masterful piece to breathe. A very contemporary feel of the decoration, using mostly monochromatic tones on the finishes and the fabrics, leaves the gold to crack over the room’s aesthetic to ultimately become the epitome of luxury to this project. Consisting of two individual modules, the Lapiaz sideboard is finished in polished stainless steel that portrays a perfect mirror, with a poplar root wood veneer on the inside. Curated design goes hand in hand with artistic elements and Lapiaz is a reflection of that. How beautiful is it?
Modern by design, the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest and state-of-the-art amenities. Classic ornamental lighting and organic shapes of the counter stools create a powerful statement. A small counter for a rush breakfast or a quick meal is the perfect place to start the day.
Chandra Bar Stool is both bold and daring. The modern edge in this chair exudes the feeling of vintage glam. While polished brass bands delicately bind the chair highlighting the sculpted fluidity of the tight back satin upholstery.
Using very sober colors throughout fabrics and textures of the bedroom, leaving jaw-dropping moments for the lighting, details, and the other accessories. A mix of classic touches like the boiserie in walls and the decorative pieces, but a very contemporary feel from the golden details scattered all over the room and the overall architecture of the bedroom.
Waterfall Rectangular Suspension is a masterpiece made with gold plated brass combined with ribbed fine tubes of crystal glass that brings a natural feeling of waterfalls to any space. Everything sparkles under this elegant work of art. The glamorous sensation of water in the tubes is handmade by a glass master craftsman.

With a very clear design, the living room contrasts the softness and richness of the fabrics, with the harshness of the materials and finishes of the furniture pieces. Earthy colours and elements compose the pieces in the living room to contrast with the architecture and modern esthetic of the space.
The pyramid of stones on the shore of Lake Baikal, known as Latza, inspired the creation of the Brabbu. Featuring a top in walnut root veneer with a matte varnish and details in matte hammered brushed aged brass, this centre table is sure to impress. Gorgeous!
Inspired by the Swan Lake Op. 20, a ballet piece composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, the Odette Sofa tells the story of a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse.
