The client’s highly detailed brief was to transform their whole floor apartment into an art deco luxury residence, maximizing space and most importantly the apartment’s height, whilst keeping to the curvature of the iconic Gazebo Tower. The intricate Blainey North design demanded completely bespoke finishes for all hardware, cabinetry, and wall treatments, throughout the completely bespoke designed residence. Agia Projects developed and implement the designer’s concept successfully through innovative prototyping and rigorous testing, using the highest quality materials and superior technical skills of our specialists.
Using strong architectural elements of steel and concrete, Agia Projects built an underground teen retreat including a private courtyard, ground floor library with a stunning through-and-through deck, upper-level study and refurbishment of bathrooms and an outdoor modification. The site of the new wing was originally unused land, which required excavation, structural propping and reinforcement to maintain the integrity of surrounding structures. Agia Projects provided design and construction resolution across various elements of this project, especially for the new elements joining the existing structure. The clients desired seamless and subtle integration of elements to create a feel of free-flowing modern space.

An incredible transformation for this three-story property creates the ultimate private residence exuding impeccable sophistication and contemporary luxury. Agia Projects worked closely with the owner’s representative, NGC, and chosen design firms Palazzo Disegno & Yvette Phillips Design to ensure every element achieved the client’s vision whilst maximizing the multi-story site and its picturesque Sydney Harbour views. This exhaustive renovation commenced with the need to rectify existing water damage, substantial rising damp and numerous plumbing issues throughout the property. After extensive investigation and consultation, significant rectifications were required to ensure the property met legal and modern standards.
An incredible designer apartment, in a very special building. The Blainey North & Associates design brief was to achieve the feel of an interior of a luxury yacht, ultimately bringing inside the nautical atmosphere of the apartment’s location at Circular Quay, Sydney. This project required Agia Projects’ famous radius work, with onsite prototyping to ensure precision and accuracy for the curved timber wall finishes throughout. Magnificent custom, built-in seating adds to the yacht feel as does the recessed ceiling and lighting designs maximizing the sleek and modern nautical feel throughout. This luxury master suite is a water lover’s ultimate “Sydney Pad” or the most incredible yacht out-of-the water for any boat lover.
Agia Projects collaborated early on this Inner West project, working in partnership with Architect Prineas to establish a design and scope that fitted both the client’s design brief and achieved definitive budget requirements. “Light and flow” were key for the clients – sophisticated modern family. The dark, tight rooms and circulation spaces of the home are entirely re-configured and consolidate redundant pockets into large open and light-filled rooms. A large structural landscape modification was completed to transform the redundant rear yard and join it to the living spaces with inside/outside living being a major requirement of the new design. With significant dilapidation and structural challenges, this outstanding project was achieved in record time with absolute collaboration between the entire build and design team.
An incredibly historic, turn-of-the-century Italianate property built by Australia’s first Prime Minister with gun barrel views of Sydney Harbour. Disappointingly the property had become so dilapidated that it was derelict. Thankfully a new owner had a vision and passion to return the property to its earlier grandeur. Agia Projects proudly re-birthed this Blainey North & Associates design to be an incredible property as a state-of-the-art, entertaining, luxury residence. The project was all-encompassing, from the removal of the full-sized tree which had grown in the ballroom to working in complete partnership with the client to bring his contemporary vision for this historic property to life. An incredible and exhaustive transformation Agia Projects proudly completed for their savvy and discerning client.
