Belgium-founded fashion house, for his first show in Paris, and the second for the Haute Couture collection, made the triumphant appearance, was focusing on defying the convention. He used numerous fabrics that are hardly seen in Couture, like neoprene, plastic, burlap or even boiled wool. For the bridal gowns, the most inventive and expressionist-inspired look he used the latter. It almost seemed as if the outfits were defying the gravity !
