What to Expect at Under Stars — Lisbon’s Premier Culinary Experience

As the evening begins, guests will be welcomed with a glass of champagne and panoramic views over Lisbon bathed in golden light — the perfect prelude to an unforgettable night.

Around 7:15 PM, the culinary experience unfolds in a walking dinner format — relaxed and dynamic. Guests move through curated tasting stations, where Michelin-recognised chefs present their signature creations. Live music sets the tone for an evening of discovery, indulgence, and connection.

Before dinner, the spotlight turns literary with the official launch of Chefs Sem Reservas, a book by Nelson Marques, celebrating the stories and creativity of Portugal’s top culinary minds. Guests will enjoy the opportunity to meet the author and receive signed copies in an intimate, reflective moment.

At 9:00 PM, the rooftop transforms into the Sunset Party — complete with signature cocktails, dessert bars, live DJ sets, and a live cooking show by the SUD team. Until 1:00 AM, guests are invited to dance, taste, and celebrate — all under Lisbon’s starlit sky.
