In accordance with the following Terms and Conditions, Coveted Edition Magazine grants you as an authorized user of this website certain rights and in return you agree to perform certain obligations.

Coveted Edition Magazine and its suppliers reserve all rights not granted in this Agreement. 3.2 If you provide Coveted Edition Magazine any feedback or suggestions regarding the Covered Sites (“Feedback”), you hereby assign to Coveted Edition Magazine all rights in the Feedback and agree that this magazine shall has the right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. Coveted Edition Magazine will treat any Feedback you provide to us as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not submit to the magazine any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
4. Re-Use of Content. Re-use requests include editorial and commercial reuse of Coveted Edition Magazine text and images.

Submitting Requests

For all requests to reuse content from Coveted Edition Magazine we require the following information:

• Page number
• Title of the article / description of the image(s)
• Name of the author
• Your complete contact information (name, address, phone, email)

4.1 About Reprints Reprints are high quality reproductions of published articles on a variety of media, enhanced by customization options.  E-prints are PDFs of articles that can be hosted on a website for access by multiple users.  E-prints are print-enabled, allowing users to print the PDF.

5. Variation to the User Terms and Conditions Coveted Edition Magazine reserves the right to vary the User Terms from time to time. Please check the User Terms regularly as your continued use of the Website. You should regularly review these User Terms and Conditionss to keep up to date with any changes.
6. Indemnity. These User Terms and Conditions are form the entire agreement between you and Coveted Edition Magazine and supersede any other oral or written communications, agreements or representations with respect to your use of the Website. Nothing in these User Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any part of these User Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of these User Terms will not be affected. You acknowledge that Coveted Edition Magazine has entered into these User Terms for its own benefit and for the benefit of each Coveted Edition Magazine and these User Terms and Conditions are intended to be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts.
