Doppia Firma

For the 2019 Salone del Mobile, the Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship is proud to present the fourth annual Doppia Firma: A Dialogue Between Design and Artisanal Excellence, in collaboration with the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d’Arte and Living – the Corriere della Sera magazine for interiors, design and lifestyle. Doppia Firma 2019 brings together innovative designers and master artisans from around Europe to produce a unique collection of 19 works and small-scale series. Each object is the result of a creative exchange between a designer/artist and an artisan/ manufacturer – where project culture and expertise are cross-fertilised in an authentic expression of regional excellence. Moooi

Moooi travels back to via Savona 56, to showcase “A Life Extraordinary”, a universe of mystical worlds and points of view inspired by the extraordinary diversity of life. It’s a real voyage of discovery! Given the complete freedom to design a Moooi environment through their eyes, Megan Grehl, interior design practice (New York) and ConcreteArchitecturalAssociates (Amsterdam) welcome you into two diverse worlds. They reflect their own unique design philosophy and aesthetics using Moooi products in an exciting new way.

Nude Glass

At Milan Design Week 2019, Turkish brand Nude Glass will preview its 2019 collections by designers Space Copenhagen, Defne Koz and Sebastian Kerkner, with an exclusive range inspired by Iris Apfel. The showcase will be held in the Garden of Shadows, a space designed exclusively for the event. Be sure to stop by on April 8th, from 12pm-5pm.

Cosentino

“Raytrace” is an immersive, architectural installation showcasing Dekton®, the ultra-compact, large format surface by Cosentino – exploring the product’s design, innovation, strength, durability and beauty. Cosentino presents “Raytrace” by Benjamin Hubert at Ventura Centrale, on April 8th, from 3pm-7pm.

Herman Miller

See Herman Miller as you’ve never seen it before at All Together Now, an exhibition that celebrates the nearly endless design possibilities from across the Herman Miller Group’s family of brands. The exhibition includes products from Herman Miller, Colebrook Bosson Saunders, Design Within Reach, Geiger, HAY, Maars Living Walls, Maharam, naughtone and Nemschoff. Don’t miss it from April 9-13, at Corso Garibaldi 20.

Bisazza

The renowned tile brand Bisazza invites you to discover its new flagship store on Via Solferino 22, Milan. Let yourself be amazed by the brand’s amazing craftsmanship and technique.

Hem

In conjunction with Salone del Mobile 2019, Hem will unveil a handful of new designs in a bespoke Gallery & Garden space, among them the latest collaboration with Max Lamb and the preview of the new Kendo Chair Family by Lucidi Pevere. Don’t miss it at Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi, 117.

Sawaya & Moroni

The amazing brand Sawaya & Moroni will be showcasing their collaborations with top brands like Snøhetta, Zaha Hadid Design, Ma Yansong – MAD and William Sawaya. Don’t miss the preview on April 8th, at via Manzoni 11, from 6pm-8pm.

Stellar Works + Agapecasa

Stellar Works will exhibit at Milan’s Galleria Teatro Manzoni during Milan Design Week 2019 (8 – 13 April), with brands like Neri&Hu, OEO Studio, and Space Copenhagen. The Stellar Works new collection will be launched in “Behind The Scenes”, a theatrical installation collaborating with Agapecasa at Galleria Teatro Manzoni. Don’t miss the exclusive party on April 8th, from 9pm-10pm.

B&B Italia

After almost 20 years, B&B Italia returns to Salone del Mobile. Their presence that also marks the debut of Design Holding (which includes B&B Italia, Flos and Louis Poulsen), with an impressive 4000 square meters stand located inside the new S.Project pavilion. The B&B Italia store in Via Durini will host a special installation to celebrate fifty years of the Up Series by Gaetano Pesce.

Ochre

The amazing luxury brand will be showcasing at Spazio Rossana Orlandi, besides being present at Salone del Mobile 2019.
