Discover The La Cresta Design Project by Ptang Studio

Located in Hong Kong, the design for the new La Cresta Sales Office is the last interior design project from the Chinese design duo. The Ptang Studio Limited has created a gross area of approximately 134,000 sq. feet with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units of approximately 1,500 to 3,300 sq. feet, which means it is a spacious living space for any family.

This new low-density residential project was an initiative developed by the Nan Fung Development Ltd. & HKR International Ltd. Located at the heart of Kau To Shan, the La Cresta project is surrounded by lush greenery, where a high degree of privacy.

The beige-coloured leather brings movement and modernity to it, creating a distinctive character to this modern sales office project in Hong Kong!

This sales office was inspired by the long history of development along the mountain and the unique urban landscape, that’s why the interior designers decided to incorporate elements that celebrate the tectonic qualities, through streamlines and layered wall features, of the landscape and architecture built along the mountain.
