The origin of the design concept is a meeting between Ritz Paris and the visionary intuition of Alberto Vignatelli, CEO and Chairman of Luxury Living Group:
«Ritz Paris is much more than a hotel, it’s an atmosphere, an art de vivre that allows itself the luxury of a timeless elegance, creativity, and eclecticism. Since the beginning it has been an icon of modernity and it has never followed the trends. It is this alchemy that makes it a unique, legendary place. Today, Luxury Living Group keeps this vision alive, bringing back its splendour in a contemporary dimension. César Ritz “I am proud to see my name blended with this small house”. We are, too.»
Maison et Objet was the perfect stage to present the Collection, describing four distinct environments: the Classic dining room, the Coromandel living room, the Chambre Bleue, and the Art Déco room.

The Classic dining room features large windows and a bright mood is recalled by the boiserie with neutral tones. The impressive 15 Place Vendôme dinner table is the star of the dining room, paired with the Louis XVI chairs.
The Coromandel living room is exalted by the gilt decoration that references the old Coromandel screens, creating a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. The boiserie works as the perfect backdrop for the sofa and Ritzy bergère, being a tribute to French haute décoration.
Elegantly intimate, the Chambre Bleue in the Ritz’s blues is an ode to craftsmanship know how with the ivory varnishings, the boiserie with silver profiles, and the finishes, that express delight and luxury. The reference to Serge Poliakoff’s 1950s abstractions emphasises the elegance of the Louis XVI bed, finely defined in the through details.
The Art Déco Room combines classic and the experimental, offering a balance between taste and imagination. The line of Charles, composed by coffee table, side tables and consoles, has a balanced design in refined mahogany, a perfect counterpoint to the linearity of the armchairs and the St. Honoré sofa upholstered in fine fabrics, presented in shades of ochre yellow.
The common line of the Collection is the upholstery and precious fabrics, featuring a rich palette that ranges from pastel and neutral tones to the brighter colours such as Ritz Blue and ochre. Golden and bronze tones, delicate contrasts, like the 24 carat gold leaf and the greige lacquer, precious workings and refined details define the elegance that characterises the Ritz Paris Home Collection.
Now, take a look at the new products that feature RITZ PARIS HOME COLLECTION:
RITZY BERGÈRE
The Ritzy Bergère is cosy, with rich and precious inlays that run along the bronzed profile with 24 carat gold leaf. Ritzy embodies the spirit of luxury, the alchemy of beauty, of comfort and exclusivity. Made in solid beechwood with cushions stuffed with soft down, it is just asking you to sit back and relax. More, the color is a trend one for 2017.
15 PLACE VENDÔME TABLE
15 Place Vendôme is an extremely large dinner table that gracefully tiptoes into the room. It is the perfect combination between a large size with a delicate design. The curvy design, rounded edges, tapered legs, precious metal inlays, and brass finishes give the structure a perfect harmony between beauty and functionality. The one picture above is shown in a sophisticated ivory tone.
MÉDAILLON CHAIR
Created by a French artisan, Louis Delanois, in the second half of the XVIII century, the Médaillon chair was one of the emblematic pieces of Louis XVI furniture before becoming a great classic of contemporary design. Revamped and upholstered in leather or fabric for the Ritz Paris Home Collection, it is the expression of its timeless elegance. The version pictured above, it is upholstered with Prussian blue velvet. The legs are made out of solid beechwood.
ST. HONORÉ SOFA AND ARMCHAIR
This line of seats is composed by a sofa and an armchair with a linear design. The handmade piping adorns the profile, underlines the corners, the curves, and the grand elegance. The structure is upholstered in soft fabric with ochre yellow shades, going all the way to cover the beechwood base.
PARISIEN SOFA
The three-seat sofa with rigorous lines and rationality of style is enriched by clean, minimal details. The seatback encloses a double level of cushioning and supports the seat, also made comfortable by the broad armrests at the same time. The velvet upholstery is enhanced by the precious trimming that decorates the base and profiles.
LOUIS XVI BED
The Louis XVI bed is the star of the night-time area. Ritz blue, a bright, dreamy tone, bestows the environment with a sense of relaxation and intimacy. The headboard is inspired by the neoclassicism of the XVII century, combining the beauty of the fabrics and the precious inlays decorated with 24 carat gold.
CHARLES SIDEBOARD
This line of accessories – coffee tables, consoles, and sideboards – is broadly inspired by the distinctive traits of Art Déco: sophisticated design, rigorous and dynamic forms, and fine materials. The luxury of the mahogany, the graphic feature of the glossy brass, and the lightness of the legs in plain view all add intensity and elegance to this sideboard that brings back the charm of the 1920s.
IMPERIAL CHANDELIER
Impérial is a line of chandeliers to complete the living rooms’ furnishings. This line gives a contemporary take to the iconic aesthetic lexicon of Ritz Paris. The structure is made out of glossy or gunmetal brass. Clear glass detailing embellishes the high slender supports, creating sophisticated plays of light.
