Jetex Dubai World Central VIP Lounge

Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were approached by a global leader in executive aviation, Jetex Flight Support, and were appointed for the delivery of the new high-profile executive jet lounge at Dubai World Central. The brief conveyed to Bluehaus Group was clear; ‘evoke the thrill of travelling and exploration, and also tranquillity and harmony’. In response, Bluehaus Group created a space and environment giving these feelings a physical form, calming colors, and light and sound that fuse to enhance the excitement of travel, harmony and unity with nature.

Credit Suisse

Bluehaus Group has been supporting Credit Suisse for over 10 years, initially with its corporate workplace in Dubai International Financial Centre. Most recently Bluehaus Group again partnered with Credit Suisse for the delivery of its new corporate workplace and offices in Manama, in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Orbi Dubai

For this SBID International Design award-winning project, Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were commissioned by Majid Al Futtaim to provide Architectural Interior Design and MEP engineering design consultancy. Orbi Dubai is located in Mirdif City Centre and is a collaboration between Majid Al Futtaim, Sega Japan and BBC World. The project was a highly technical undertaking and required considerable coordination between Architectural, technology, engineering and audio-visual.

Level Kids Retail

Bluehaus Group supported Fitch design of London on the design and delivery of a large retail environment for Chalhoub Group at City Walk Dubai. The concept of the project is for a large department store focussed solely on children. The experience includes a play area, spa, nursery and birthday party terrace. Fitch in London developed the Concept Design for Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering to develop from schematic design through to delivery.

Dar Al Barsha Residential Buildings

Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were appointed by Al Futtaim Group Real-Estate for the design of the Dar Al Barsha Towers in Dubai. Comprising both a commercial and residential tower, Dar Al Barsha follows a modern minimalistic yet cost-efficient Architectural language. Bluehaus Group utilized the maximum plot size with a view to maximizing the car parking area, and number of apartments. The façade design is stretched horizontally in order to reduce the mass of the building and utilizes sliding shade panels to reduce heat gain and reduce air conditioning and operational costs.

Dubai Private Villa

Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were appointed by a private client for the Interior Design, MEP Engineering and Post-Contract services of a Villa in Dubai Hills Dubai. The client brief required a careful balance using contemporary materials, with classic detailing.
