What do you think the bombshell of today is? Dream Downtown quietly unveils a new Guest House and makes luxury raise on one more level higher. Dream Downtown is a show-stopper. Perfectly planted between Manhattan’s vibrant Meatpacking District and charming Chelsea, Dream Downtown has remained in the spotlight since its opening in 2011. The hotel has recently unveiled the best kept secret in New York City: the 2,000-square-foot newly renovated Guest House. This duplex suite will play host to the hottest events and special occasions in New York City.

Having undergone a $1 million makeover by Josh Held Designs, the suite features modern maximalist interiors, mixing patterns and clean lines and incorporating spherical textures inspired by the hotel’s porthole facade.

The suite now flaunts a spacious, yet private 900-square-foot garden terrace, fireplace, glass-bottom Jacuzzi, walk-in closet and Champagne Bar vanity, as well as exclusive amenities (think DJ Sommelier).

The master bedroom may be the heart of the suite with a huge bed anchors the chamber, under an opulent headboard covered in circular mirrors. The master bath is next to the bedroom with a walk-in shower that is not only big enough for 10 people to comfortably stand, but also an elevated Jacuzzi. There’s also a walk-in closet with a custom vanity. In view of this, in case you need some extra assistance when getting ready for the big night, professional makeup and blowouts by IGK salon are available upon your request.

Adding to the mystery of the space, the televisions are camouflaged by mirrors and the living room houses a hidden queen-size murphy bed. A Savant home automation system enables guests to control and enjoy music from any room in the suite via dedicated mobile app.
