Paris Asian Art Fair

Paris Asian Art Fair is simultaneously opening up, breaking down the barriers, exploring, and sharing these days. You may be lucky to join the first edition of Asia Now. An intimist fair enables its audience to freshly reconsider contemporary Asian art.

In the face of commonplace shortcuts, this event is about giving the floor to artists, critics, and galleries who stand for, encourage, and promote this geography’s rich artistic scene.

In other words, it is the first boutique art fair in France and Europe dedicated to contemporary Asian art – featuring 23 projects, 54 artists, 11 nationalities. Besides, Paris Asian Art Fair is delighted to open its VIP Programme and launch its Conversation Platform. Claude Fain founded the art show and a co-founder Alexandra Fain is running it nowadays.

Having a consistent program of outstanding exhibitions, alongside engaging and relevant conversations, this event guides away from the beaten track. Moreover, ASIA NOW wishes to re-ignite thoughtful exploration of the gaps, gray or unknown areas of the multifaceted reality at stake in this contemporary creation in motion.

Just after Frieze and the day before Fiac opening, the most prominent experts of contemporary Asian art will gather to share the stakes of the current creation in Asia and analyze its impact on the international art scenes.

Every attendee may find the full program online. It was created with the aim to share the stakes of contemporary art Asian art scene, bringing together experts of Asian art scene, artists, collectors and all art lovers in Paris just after Frieze and ahead of FIAC.

The art galleries selection is initiated and shortlisted by Ami Barak together with the members of the artistic committee.
