“I’m a dreamer. Since I’m born, I’ve felt like I’m not in the real life, like I’m flying nonstop without limit. It’s not very comfortable,” Starck said of the inspiration for Peau D’Ailleurs or the scent of elsewhere.
This collection will be Starck’s first venture into the world of perfumery, making a name for the famous French furniture designer. The design roots are evident however in the fragrances distinctive and fluid bottle design. Moreover, Starck based each of the scents on childhood memories of his mother’s perfume shop, and how it inspired his creativity.
These luxury limited edition fragrances will be available for purchase next month with only 100 of each scent, “Parfums Starck Paris”, and will be exclusively sold at Neiman Marcus.
